I. Overview
Cryptocurrency markets operate 24/7. To keep a strategy running without interruption, you need an always-on server. BeeQuant provides a one-click cloud server rental service. You do not need to purchase, configure, or maintain a server yourself: every runtime dependency is pre-installed and the server is ready to use after provisioning.
Platform advantages: BeeQuant centrally manages and operates every server. The strategy-engine environment, automatic process supervision, and log management are pre-installed. Simply select a configuration; no technical setup is required.

How to choose: New users should begin with the Standard configuration. The current version cannot upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change an existing server's configuration. To change specifications, purchase the target configuration and migrate the task.
IV. How to Rent a Server
Rent a server in BeeQuant with a simple one-click workflow:

Open Server Management
Click Servers in the left navigation to open the server management page.

Select a configuration
Choose the Basic, Standard, or Professional plan according to the number and requirements of your strategies.

Confirm and provision
After confirming the configuration and billing method, click Provision. The server is deployed automatically within a few minutes with the environment pre-installed; no configuration is required.

Deploy a strategy
After the server is ready, go to Deploy a Simulated Strategy or Deploy a Live Strategy, then select the provisioned server when configuring the trading-engine runtime.
FAQ
Q: Do backtests, simulations, and live strategies all require a server?
A: Yes. Backtest, simulation, and live tasks all run on a server. Backtests may use a free-tier server; for simulations and live trading, rent a specification appropriate for the strategy.
Q: Can I change a server configuration at any time?
A: No. The current version does not support changing an existing server's configuration, including upgrades or downgrades. To change specifications, purchase a new configuration and migrate the task.
Q: What happens if a server fails?
A: The platform automatically monitors server status and restarts and recovers a server after an exception. Contact customer support if you need assistance. Existing positions are unaffected after server recovery; the engine reconnects automatically and resumes the strategy.
Q: Does the server have a static IP address?
A: Yes. Every platform server has a static IP address. If you enable an IP allowlist in the exchange API configuration, find the server IP address on the server management page.
Q: Can I cancel the rental and receive a refund if I stop using it?
A: No. Server purchases and renewals are non-refundable. You may stop and destroy a server you no longer use, but unused time has no cash value and is not refunded.
